I
am Augustin HMBAZA, I am Rwandese. I was born on 26, February, 1989. I live in
family of two sisters and mum but my father passed away during the Genocide
against Tutsi in April, 1994. I speak three languages (English, French,
Kinyarwanda and Luganda).
I
studied humanities in secondary school and got a diploma in Human Sciences in
2008, after I continued my studies in higher institution where I graduated on 28th
June, 2013, after completing my BBA program at (SFB) School of Finance and
Banking (currently University of Rwanda / College of Business & Economics),
Faculty of management, Finance Department. In addition to that I am also taking
CPA Program from KASNEB (Kenyan Accountants and Secretaries National
Examination Board).
I have worked in NISR
(National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda) as a Team leader during the fourth
population and housing census in 2012/2013 where I got useful skills of Team
work. After graduating from secondary school, I have been an English teacher at
Remera Primary school and I attended the "Global schools partnership
workshop" of VSO Rwanda in 2009. I received trainings on entrepreneurship
and Business decision making. In addition, I am a volunteer of National
Election Commission (NEC); I participated in different elections as a polling
staff since 2010.
I
have received training from AIP (African Innovation Prize) after winning best
business ideas competition in 2012 and attended Enterprise Rwanda, an AIP's
entrepreneurship/business workshop that took place at KIST in July, 2012. That's
where I got my entrepreneurship skills.
Personality:
Strength:
Willingness to learn new things, Consistency in academic performance, Ability
to work in a group, and easy adaptability. I can change my working style &
working strategy as per need and demand of situations.
Weakness:
My weakness is eagerly attachment with work. For example, if I do any work,
until the work is finish, I can't concentrate with any other work. And I like
more computer based activities rather than papers.
Hobbies:
I actually like travelling, watching movies and reading books.
At this point of time
in my life I am looking for a platform to educate myself, explore myself in a
practical manner with professional approach.
